Terms of Use

Effective date: October 22, 2026 Version: 2026-10-22
These terms are an agreement between you and CE Training LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("CE Training", "we", "us"). By ticking the box when you create an account or buy a course, or by using ce-training.com, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Who this is for
CE Training is for licensed professionals who are at least 18 years old. The site is offered in the United States. You promise the information you give us is true, including your name and license number.
2. What we provide, and what we do not
We provide continuing education (CE) courses and live classes online. Whether a course counts for credit is decided only by your licensing authority, not by us. Courses and rules change. Before you buy, check that the course is approved by your licensing board for your license type and renewal period. We report completion to boards where we are required or authorized to. We do not promise that any board will accept a course or process a report by a certain date.
3. Your account
Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person. Tell us at support@ce-training.com if you think someone else has used it.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
- Online courses use pay after you pass. You choose a course, agree to the price shown, and give a payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not charge it until you pass, as explained at checkout.
- Live classes are paid in advance.
- Prices include or exclude sales tax as shown at checkout. Sales tax is added at checkout only where your state requires it.
- We do not store full card numbers. Stripe's terms apply to payments: https://stripe.com/legal
5. All-Access membership
The All-Access pass is a one-time payment for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. We will email you before it ends.
6. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. It is part of these terms.
7. Academic integrity
You must follow the Academic Integrity and Attestation policy. In short: you take the course and exams yourself, you do not share answers, and you do not let anyone else use your account. We may end access, withhold a certificate, and report a violation to your licensing authority where the law or its rules allow.
8. Identity checks
We confirm who you are with your photo ID and, right before each final exam, a photo of you holding that ID, taken with your camera. A CE Training staff member compares them. We do not use face recognition. See the Identity Verification and Photo Consent and the Privacy Policy.
9. Live classes
Live classes are not recorded by us. Do not record a class yourself. Your attendance and camera-on time are logged so we can award credit.
10. Content and intellectual property
We and our instructors own the course materials: lessons, narration, videos, exercises, checkpoint and exam questions, our course design and methods, and the platform. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own education while your enrollment is active. You may not:
- copy, download, record (including screen or audio recording), photograph, print, resell, post or share them, except the transcript and certificate we provide for your own use;
- use bots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools to access, collect or download them;
- use them to build, train or improve a course, product or artificial-intelligence system;
- share your account or sign-in with anyone.
To protect the materials we log when and from where each account opens course content and videos, limit unusual volumes, and show a faint watermark with your name and license number on lesson screens. If you break this section we may end your access. Ending access for a breach doesn't entitle you to a refund, except any refund the Refund Policy or the law still requires. We may also take other steps the law allows.
11. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Users cannot post content on ce-training.com.
12. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, probe or attack the site, scrape it, use bots, or interfere with other users.
13. Reviews
You may give honest reviews. We do not remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
14. Accessibility
We want the site to work for everyone. If you need an accommodation, email support@ce-training.com. See the Accessibility Statement.
15. Disclaimers
The site and courses are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. We do not give legal, tax or licensing advice.
16. Limit on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site or a course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost license renewal opportunities, or indirect damages, except where the law does not allow that limit.
17. Ending access
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breaking these terms or the law. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer-protection rights that the law of your state gives you and that cannot be waived.
19. Resolving disputes
- Contact us first at support@ce-training.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
- If it isn't resolved, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, or in small-claims court in the county where you live.
20. Changes
We may change these terms. We will post the new version with a new date and email you about material changes. If you keep using the site after the effective date, the new terms apply; if you disagree, stop using the site. Changes do not apply to a course you already bought unless the law allows.
21. Electronic records
You agree we may deliver notices, receipts, and certificates electronically, and that your electronic acceptance and attestations count as signatures. See the Academic Integrity and Attestation policy.
