CE Training LLC wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use ce-training.com and take our courses.
Our goal
We are working to make the website and course player meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C (https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/). These are the guidelines the U.S. Department of Justice uses in its 2024 rule for state and local government websites; that rule does not apply to us, but we use it as a benchmark.
Where we are today
We design and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. An independent accessibility audit has not been completed yet; we will publish its results here when it is. If anything on the site doesn't work for you, email support@ce-training.com and we will help and fix it.
What we do
- Use headings, labels and keyboard-friendly controls.
- Add captions to course videos and live class recordings, and provide transcripts.
- Provide text alternatives for images.
- Avoid timed exams that cannot be extended. If you need more time or a different format, ask us.
- Test with screen readers and keyboard-only use.
Payment and third-party tools
Checkout is run by Stripe and live classes by our video provider. We choose providers that publish accessibility information, but their pages are managed by them.
Ask for help or an accommodation
If you cannot use part of the site, or need a course material in another format (captions, large print, extra time on an exam, an interpreter for a live class), email support@ce-training.com with the page or course and what is hard. Please say how you prefer to be contacted. We aim to reply in 2 business days and to give you an accessible alternative at no extra cost. We do not require a reason beyond what is needed to meet your request.
Feedback and complaints
Tell us if you find a barrier. We review each report. You may also contact your state licensing authority about its own accessibility rules.
Technical notes
Supported browsers and assistive technology: current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, with screen readers NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver. Date of last review: October 22, 2026.
